Yard Work

“This is going to take a while” thought Ruby as she once again took a stab at making her front yard presentable. She got her morning exercise pushing the manual edger around the outside of her front yard. She pulled some weeds and cut some branches off of her dogwood tree. Despite the fact that the work made her perspire, she enjoyed its peaceful, calming effect as a better yard emerged from the mess that was there. She measured her yard for visqueen to cover it, so that she can begin the bark dust project. “If I take this in small bites, I will eventually have this jungle under control” she said.
