The Interview

"I do apologize for the lapse in getting back to you, he said.

"Oh!, don't worry", said Ruby. Her mind having been put at ease by Daisy, who has dealt with this same reporter on her job for the city of Bywater.

He then led Ruby to a conference room and Ruby's interview for the Bywater Daily began. Ruby was a little nervous to begin with, but the reporter put her at ease, asking her questions about the writing that has, since May, become part of her daily life. He typed the answers on his portable machine.

"I made sure I mentioned Baby Rube and Bramblerose as those responsible for getting me started" Ruby said. "Now we will have to wait and see what appears."
