News from Ruby's Camp

"I think I have the best shift available, right now" said Ruby. "I don't believe I shall bid on the day shift position." Having that decision made was a big relief to her.

There was a meeting of stenographers at the infirmary yesterday. The chances of Ruby working from home are still viable.

"We are waiting for some specific fire-wall software to be installed," said Ruby's supervisor. Ruby is therefore, not making any immediate plans in the working-from home area, knowing that things move at a glacial pace when it comes to installing new software at the infirmary.

"I have tomorrow off," said Ruby. "I had arranged for the time in order to take a Japanese Language and Culture class." Unfortunately the class was cancelled but the arrangements stand, so she will have days off during the week for the next four weeks, and she will be working both Saturday and Sunday evenings. She says, "It turns out I have a computer class for the constabulary tomorrow, and the next day, so things worked out fine for this week anyway."

Ruby got E-mail from Shiho yesterday... Here is what she said:

Hi Ruby
Sorry I haven't sent email for a while.... I changed my email address.
How are you?? I'm just fine :-D

Me and all the people in my school who went to Longview have to make an announcement on what we did while we were in Longview. I'm thinking about what I should say, but there's only 30 seconds each person!!! It's way too short;_; And the report we wrote about was printed and handed to us last week. All the memories come back when I read it and I thought that I really want to go there again. If I do, I'll probably go straight to your house*^_^* please write back!! From Shiho

"I would welcome Shiho and/or Misato in my home any time ' said Ruby.
