Back in the Saddle

When the phone rang this morning, Ruby was still sleeping. When she looked at the clock she was shocked ... 9:45 a.m ! Wow! That is the lastest she ever had slept in. "I think I needed that", she said to herself. I am feeling much much better. She had propped herself up with medication and showed up at the Infirmary for work yesterday afternoon, but this morning's sleep, she knew, would make for a better day today.
