News from Japan

The news from Japan has been very scary. They had a very bad typhoon that caused flooding and mud slides, and then there were serious earthquakes. Ruby said, "I am very worried about my new friends." She sent them e-mail yesterday and and happily this morning she had three positive responses. Here they are:

Thank you for your e-mail. We had big typhoons and a big erathquake in Japan.
Some cities and villages have big troubles. Fortunately, in our city, we don't have so big troubles, just had heavy rain and had some quakes not so bad, thanks.

Thanks for the email. Two days ago, there was a big earthquake but it was okay and people who live around us got hurt. But there were a few deaths in the whole country. Our place is pretty lucky ;-)

Dear RINDA, Hello, This is MISATO. Thank you for your E-mail.I do not connect for a while and think I am sorry. I belong to the volleyball culb.
I will have a convention tomorrow. Therefore, it has done its best in practice until now. The typhoon the other day was very uncanny. Although the place in which I live was OK, western part of Japan suffered serious damage. Does a typhoon seldom come as for the way in the United States?

If there is a sentence in which it made a mistake since there was no
confidence in English, please tell me.

Sincerely yours
MISATO.
