The Wedding Weekend Part III: The Ceremony

A hush fell over the crowd, as the door beside the pulpit opened and Mungo and Olo emerged to stand in front of the congregation.

The music started. Two by two the wedding party came up the isle and found their place in front of the altar. The music changed and everyone rose. Down the isle came the beautiful Mereyann on the arm of her proud father, Till.

Soon everything was in place and the ceremony began. Mungo performed the ceremony. He spoke of the changes that love had made in both Olo and Mereyann.

The fathers then sang a song that Olo sang to Mereyann the night he proposed.

If You Could See What I See
by Geoff More

All of my life
I have dreamedTthat somehow a love would find me
Now i can't believe you're standing here

If beauty is all
in the eye
of the beholder than i
wish you could see
the love for you that lives in me
(Chorus)

And you would know you have my heart
If you could see, what i see
that a treaure's what you are
if you could see, what i see
Created to be
the only one for me
If you could see, what i see

I know there are days
when you feel
so much less than ideal
wondering what i see in you

It's all of the light
and the grace
your belief in me drives me to say
that i promise you
a faithful love, forever true
(Chorus)

If you could see
then you'd understand
why i fall down to my knees
and i pray my love
will be worthy of
the one who gave his life
so our love could be

If you could see
what i see(x2)

You're created to be
The perfect one for me
If you could see
What i see

If beauty is all
in the eye
of the beholder than i
am beholding...
true beauty

Mungo then returned to the couple and pronounced them husband and wife... Olo kissed his bride. The music started and back down they isle they went. The couple then returned to dismiss, and greet people as they left their seat.

Mr and Mrs. Hardbottle dismissing the crowd. They have been smiling like that for about a year. Posted by Hello
