Tigerlily Goodbody and Ruby share an interest in NASCAR races, consequently, they spent Saturday afternoon watching the all-star race , eating pizza and drinking beer (BURRPP!). Ruby has maternal feelings for Dale Earnhardt Jr. The object of Tigerlily’s affection is Rusty Wallace. They cheered them on , alas fruitlessly, but they had fun just the same. Tigerlily has a new family member, a furry little tabby-kitten whom she calls Sable. Ruby adored the little purring-playing fur-ball.
The day was topped off in the late evening when Ruby picked up “Daisy” at the city hall where she was working away her weekend producing an A+ television show about the City of Bywater. They made the journey to the village to the north where the big cinema is and watched SHREK II. They were greatly amused (to say the least, their sides were hurting), and recommend this movie to anyone, young and not-so young.
